将军山小学英语备课组活动4

2018330日,三年级组英语老师齐聚英语组办公室,对三年级下册的第四单元Wheres the bird?整个教学单元进行研讨,首先刘畅老师阐述了本单元的教学目标和教学重难点,朱娜男老师分别对本单元的story板块、fun timecartoon板块、综合板块的重难点进行了阐述。接着两位老师对于每一个板块具体该如何导入,设计怎样的教学活动进行了交流。通过本次活动,两位老师取长补短,对于本单元的教学有了一个清晰的认识。

Unit 4Wheres the bird?第一课时  (story  time)

Teaching aims and learning objectives 教学目标

1. 能听懂、会读、会说deskchairbirdoninunderbehind

2. 能听懂、会读、会说日常用语Wheres ? Its not here. Its on/in/under/behind… 。

Focus of the lesson and predicted area of difficulty 教学重点和难点

教学重点:能正确地理解并朗读对话内容,在教师的引导和帮助下复述课文内容。

教学难点:能初步运用本课所学的词汇和日常用语谈论物品的位置。

Teaching procedures 教学过程

Step 1 Greeting &Warm up

1. Greeting

T: Hello, boys and girls.

S: Hello, May.

T: Nice to meet you.

S: Nice to meet you, too.

2. Sing a song

T: Do you like singing?

S: Yes.

T: I like singing very much. Lets learn to sing a new song. OK?

S: OK.

T: First, listen and watch carefully. You may follow it if you want.

(播放歌曲一遍)

T: Do you like the song?

Now follow me. (老师带着学生用手势表示歌词内容,学生边唱边学做动作)

T: This time, lets try to sing and do some acti** together.

(再次播放歌曲,学生加上动作一起唱)

Step 2 Presentation

Play a game and learn the new words

T: (手中拿着一只折起来的小鸟) Now boys and girls, look, whats in my hand now? Guess!

S:

T: Look, its a bird. (板书bird)

Look, wheres the bird? (把小鸟放在书上)

S: Its on the book.

T: Wheres the bird now? (把小鸟放在书下)

S: Its under the book.

T: Good! And where is it now? (把小鸟放在书里)

S: Its in the book.

T: Now lets play a game with this bird. (老师让学生闭上眼睛后把小鸟放进课桌里) Wheres the bird? Guess!

Step 3 Story time

1. Listen and choose

T: (老师再让学生闭上眼睛,然后把小鸟藏起来) Where is the bird now? Is it in the park? In the classroom? In the tree? Here is a story about the bird. Please listen carefully, and then choose the right answer.

(播放课文录音)

T: Where is the bird?

S: Its in the tree.

T: Is it in the tree? Lets watch the cartoon and check your answer.

(播放课文动画核对答案)

3. Read the story

T: Finished? Now boys and girls, check your pictures. Lets read the story together, OK? (出第一幅图) Picture1. Lets read it together.

S1&S2:

T: (出示小提示:注意读出故事中人物的情绪) Lets try again.

Beautiful means nice! (出中文意思,读beautifulHow beautiful!)

T: And Picture 2, look, wheres the bird?

S: Its under the desk.

T: Yes. Its under the desk. (PPT出现单词卡under,读under

Now who can read this? (PPT中出现对话)

S1: Wheres the bird?

S2: Its under the desk.

(继续每一幅图逐图教学:第二幅图教under,第三幅图教behind,第四幅图教Its not here., 第五幅图教on,第六、七两幅图教in)

T: OK. Now we have read the story together. Now open your books, turn to Page 13, and read the story by yourselves. (请打开书,同桌合作读一读全文)

Tell the story

T: You did a good job. Now, look at the blackboard. (拿出小鸟的图片) Look! A bird!

S: How beautiful!

(老师把小鸟放在黑板上不同位置,带领学生一起复述)

T: Wheres the bird?

S: Its under the desk.

T: Now, its

S: Behind the door.

T: Oh, Its not here. Its

S: On the chair.

T: Wheres the bird now?

S: Its in the desk.

T: Oh, look, now its .

S: In the tree.

T: Its your turn now. Can you tell the story like this? You can work in pairs.

(老师让同桌学生之间根据图片复述课文,请12组学生到黑板前复述)

Sing a song

Say a rhyme

T: (拿出另外两只小鸟放在黑板的树上) Look, how many birds are there in the tree now?

S: Three.

T: Yes. They are her friends. Try to say this rhyme. First read it in two.

(把歌词变为韵律诗,学生互相说一说)

T: Lets try to say it together.

2. Sing the song

T: This is a nice song. Lets listen to it.

(播放歌曲动画)

T: Can you try to follow it?

(学生跟唱)

T: Good! Lets sing it with some acti**.

Homework 家庭作业

1. 听磁带,读故事5遍。

2. Where is ?Its … 的句型来说说物品的位置。

3. 搜集一些oninbehindunder这样的介词短语,说一说。

一、教学重点和难点

本单元的Cartoon time 呈现的是小老鼠Bobby和小猫Sam一起玩捉迷藏。Sam一直找不到Bobby,于是Sam灵机一动,将一块美味的蛋糕放桌上,小老鼠果然上当,从躲藏的地方跑出来奔向蛋糕,于是被猫逮到。

一、教学活动

1、教师可以整体呈现对话内容,让学生了解大意,引导学生通过上下文理解对话含义,体会故事的幽默之处。

Bobby is behind the door.Yes or no?

2、引导学生自主阅读或聆听课文,然后以问答方式检查学生的理解情况。

One/two three以及Here you are含义

  3、引导学生在小组内开展趣味朗读活动,注意学生读出Bobby 的语气,加入动作表情等,读出故事的有趣之处。

T: Boys and girls,now lets read a story about 小老鼠Bobby和小猫Sam.Today theyre playing hide and seek..Please read the stpry by yourselves.

  Ss: OK.

  T: One/two three以及Here you are含义划出

 Ss: OK.

4教师可以设计卡片游戏,让学生抽取卡片,根据读出的指令让同桌做动作。如:

  T: Pick a card and read it.

  Ss: Close your book.

  T: OK.

  T: Now play this game in your group,please.

5教师可利用教室里的真实的课堂环境,让学生当“小老师”编排模拟对话,并在全班表演。如:

  T: Now can you be the teacher of our class?

  Ss: Yes.

  T: Ok. Now choose one to be the teacher in your group. Do a role-play.

  S1: Good morning/afternoon,class.

  Ss: Stand up. Good morning/afternoon,S1.

  S1: Close the window,please.

1、教师可以营造若干个类似的生活场景,让学生进行对话编排表演。

Step1 Warm-up

2.Greetings : Good morning /afternoon /How are you ?Look at my skirt!How nice!(How beautiful!)

(通过唱唱、问答的形式,不仅吸引学生的注意力,调动积极性,而且营造了学习英语的氛围。同时也为本课的教学作了知识的铺垫,构建了知识表象。)

Step2 Presentation and practice .

1Story time

T: Boys and girls .Look!The beautiful cap is flying!Where is it now?

S:Its on the sofa. /Its on the TV. /Its in the box. /Its on the bed.

T: Can the cap fly?Why?Oh,the bird is under the cap.(教授underbird))

TThe bird is flying.Where is it flying?

(通过设置来调节一下课堂氛围,正好借此过度到课文story time,这样不仅调动了学生学习的积极性,而且还给了学生有个喘息的机会,这样他们才会有更加充沛的精力投入到接下来的学习中去。)

T:Lookthe bird is in our classroom now. Where is it?

A:Here are 3 questions:1 The first time,where is the bird? 2 The second time,where is the bird?3 The third time,where is the bird?4 The fourth time,where is the bird?

Watch the cartoon then answer them.
