① 能熟练运用本单元交际用语。
②进一步提高自助阅读能力。

①理解Cartoon time 的幽默之处。
【教学重点】
2.能熟练听懂、会说、会读单词a football, skate, a basketball, swim,jump和短语play football, play basketball,play table tennis。
3.会运用句型Can you …?并且会用Yes, I can.和No,I can’t 来回答,并能用I can …和I can’t …介绍自己能够做和不能做的事情。
【教学难点】
学生能用… can …和…can’t …介绍他人能够做和不能做的事情。

Step1: Warm up
T: Do you like listening to the music? Ok, now,let’s enjoy a song.If you can sing it,please sing together.(放音乐)
一、 复习导入
1.T: Last class,we have learnt the story time,right?
Ss: Yes!
T:Do you remember our friends? Who are they?
Ss:Yes! They are Wang Bing, Mike and Liu Tao.
T:Do you remember what can they do? Ok,now,let’s review the story time.
学习目标1—能背诵对话。
T: First, let’s recite the story.

二、进入单词教学
学习目标2—能熟练听懂、会说、会读单词a football, skate, a basketball, swim,jump和短语play football, play basketball,play table tennis。
1.Brain storm
T:Good. Boys and girls, we know Wang Bing, Mike and Liu Tao can play basketball. Can you name some other sports?
(此环节让学生自由说运动类单词,教师根据学生说的适当在黑板上板书单词)
2.Learn to say
呈现本单元的重点单词,一一带读.
3.Play a game“Quick response”
Rules(游戏规则):
say the words correctly and do the actions.根据所给的图片, 正确说出来并做相应的动作。

2.Cartoon time
(一)预习反馈
1. What about Bobby? What can he do? What can’t he do?
Let’s watch the cartoon and then answer the question.

2. Bobby can’t fly. So he hurt himself. He says: Ouch! I can’t fly. He is sad.

T: The cartoon is so interesting, right? Do you like it? this time, let’s listen and repeat story.Let’s read after the tape.
教授拟声词单词 quack, tweet的发音。并提醒学生注意朗读时的语气。如朗读I can …too.时要读出骄傲的语气。
特别注意:ouch, sad, either 的读音

T: After reading the cartoon, it’s time for acting! Do you like acting? (Tips: open your mouth to speak out. Act it out in groups of four. Try to imitate the tone and the intonation.)
Step4:Consolidation
1. Boys and girls, look, do you know them? What can they do? Discuss in groups.
2. Bees can make honey.
Ants can carry big things.
Fireflies can glow at night.
Parrots can talk and sing.
