六英备课组活动(四)

即将进入Unit 3 A healthy diet的学习,我们六英备课组提前进行备课组集体备课活动,以提高教学效率。

一、教学内容

Unit 3 A healthy diet   Story time

二、教学目标

1.听得懂,会说,会读,会写a lot of, some, a little, a few,  healthy, diet, need.

2.进一步熟悉表示数量的词汇并巩固可数以及不可数名词。

3.初步了解健康饮食的重要性以及学会利用营养金字塔来评价以及衡量自己以及他人的饮食健康情况并能提出合理建议。

三、教学重点

1.听得懂,会说,会读,会写a lot of, some, a little, a few, healthy, diet, need.

2.进一步熟悉表示数量的词汇并巩固可数以及不可数名词。

四、教学难点

1.初步了解健康饮食的重要性以及学会利用营养金字塔来评价以及衡量自己以及他人的饮食健康情况并能提出合理建议。

六、教学过程

Step 1 Warm up.

1.师出示食物类单词,让学生说同类的词。

2. Free talk:

T: What did you have for breakfast ?

T: What do you like to eat\drink?

T: Are they healthy food?

Learn the new word healthy. (Healthy means they are good for our bodies. )

Our bodies need food to give us energy.[此处的设计可以让学生根据生活常识进行归类,然后形成简单地金字塔图表。]

Look at the food pyramid. It shows us how much of each kind of food we need every day.

Show the phrases: a lot of, some, a little, a few,

How much should we need?

Talk about the meaning of the phrases in groups.

T: The food pyramid shows us a healthy diet. Learn the new word diet. (diet means somebodys eating and drinking habits. )

Show the students two groups of pictures, teach the students how to use a lot of, some, a little and a few to describe the pictures after comparing them.[此处可设计一个小游戏来巩固数量词的用法,提高学生的学习兴趣。]

Step 2 Presentation and practice

1.看卡通,回答文中出现的两个问题

2.读课文,圈出Mike Yang Ling 的日常食物并完成Read and write

3. Read the text in groups and finish the exercise of True or False on page 28, discuss and introduce the dieting habit of Mike and Yang Ling.

4. Read the text after the teacher.

5. Read in groups.

Step 3 Drills

1. Look at the picture of food pyramid and tell what food are countable or uncountable.

2. Discuss in groups about what food should we eat more? / What food should we eat less? And give us some advice, how to have a healthy diet.

Step 4  Consolidation

  Retell the story.

Step 5 Homework

1.Copy the new words.

2.Read the text.

3.Finish the exercise. 为自己和家人设计一张更为合理的食谱, 准备在下节课进行小组讨论。
